Do you accept insurance?

All visits are considered out-to-network (OON) and will fall under your unique OON benefits of your insurance. You will be provided a superbill after each visit to submit your claim for reimbursement.

Why don’t you accept insurance?

Sadly, insurance often dictates what treatment a physical therapist can perform and for how long. It also can be more expensive for the patient than cash-based rates. Accepting insurance often leads to more frustrating results for both client and clinician. Dr. Eberle believes cost transparency is vital to patient-clinician trust relationship.

You cannot take Medicare clients?

How the laws are currently written a cash-based practice is unable to accept and treat clients that have Medicare as their primary insurance even if the client desires self-pay. Dr. Eberle is researching how to become to be able to accept clients legally with Medicare but cannot currently accept these patients at this time.

Where do I park for my appointment?

Parking Restrictions:


4102 Falls Road is located on the West side of the street, near the corner of 41st and Falls Road.

Domino’s Pizza is directly opposite, on the East side of the street.
Before 9:00 AM - NO PARKING on West side of street (same side as 4102 Falls Road)
After 4:00 PM - NO PARKING on East side of street (Domino’s pizza side)

Handicapped access:
If you need assistance with stairs, arrange to park at the rear of the building. Erin will assist you in using the motorized incline stair lift which provides direct access to the office.
